Silberstein wrote some of the great books that you'll find here
at HeatingHelp.com (including this one), and he has a way of explaining
things so that even a hydronics guy like me can understand them. It took me a few weeks
to read this one because it's more than 1,600 pages long, but the color photos and drawings, the easy-to-follow diagrams,
and the plain-English text make the learning fast and easy. This
gem takes you from the basics through the most complicated HVAC systems. I was able to follow it all without a problem and I especially liked the review questions at the end of each
of the 50 chapters. This updated edition includes information about LEED certification, building performance, and energy audits. You're going to love this book. I guarantee it.
